Privacy Policy

Last updated October 18, 2026.

The short version

  • The Saint Agency LC runs MNGMT. Questions about your data go to privacy@mngmt.app.
  • On the waitlist we keep your email, your name on MNGMT and when you claimed it. We email you what your name needs, plus one heads-up before launch, and you can opt out at any time. Page visits are counted per day, without knowing who you are.
  • In MNGMT we keep what you tell it, so it can keep track of your life for you. You can export it or delete your account at any time.
  • To answer you, some of what you tell MNGMT is processed by AI model providers. They may not keep it or train on it, and we do not train AI models on it either.
  • MNGMT may keep lasting things you mention in passing, such as a diet or where you live, and look things up on the web when you ask. You always see what it kept, you can turn the keeping off, and you can forget any note.
  • Your public page shows only what you choose to publish.
  • We use a few cookies of our own and no advertising or tracking cookies. We do not sell your personal information.

This summary is here to help. The full policy below is what applies.

1. Who we are

MNGMT is made and run by The Saint Agency LC (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use MNGMT, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It covers the MNGMT apps and website, mngmt.app and every page on it, the waitlist, accounts, public pages and the emails we send (together, “MNGMT”).

The Saint Agency LC is responsible for your personal information in MNGMT (in some laws, the “controller”). To reach us about privacy, email us at privacy@mngmt.app.

This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service, which set the rules for using MNGMT.

2. What we collect

We collect what you give us, what MNGMT needs to work, and a small amount of technical information. Here it is, part by part.

When you join the waitlist

  • Your email address and the name you claim (your handle, as in mngmt.app/yourname).
  • When you claimed it, and from that, your place in line.
  • Which version of the waitlist page you saw. We remember which version you were shown, so we can compare versions if we show more than one.
  • If you arrived through someone’s invite link, the handle of the person who invited you, so we can count who brought whom.
  • If you arrived through a link tagged with a campaign (for example from a newsletter or a post), the source, medium and campaign name from that first visit.
  • Counts of visits to the waitlist and of what visitors do on it (for example tapping a button, starting the form, or sharing). These are totals per day and per page version. They do not include who you are, your email or your IP address.

If you ask for a short handle (3 or 4 characters), we keep your email, the handle you asked for and the reason you gave, so we can review the request.

When you have an account

  • Your email address and, if you give one, your name.
  • Sign-in records: the one-time codes we email you (stored only in a scrambled form that cannot be turned back into the code), and your sessions, with when each started, when it was last used, and the kind of browser or device it came from.
  • What you tell MNGMT and what you keep in it: your plans, tasks, calendar, notes, projects, money and health entries, and anything else you add, along with the history of changes, which MNGMT keeps so you can see and undo them.
  • What MNGMT keeps from what you say: when you mention something lasting about yourself in passing (for example a diet, where you live or your schedule), MNGMT may keep it as a note. Each note is listed on What MNGMT knows, with whether you told MNGMT to remember it or MNGMT noticed it.
  • Your settings, such as your theme and time zone.
  • What you tell MNGMT you do (for example founder, creator or just busy), which MNGMT uses to tailor its examples and suggestions to you. It is never shown as a label on your public page.
  • The AI apps you connect to MNGMT (for example Claude or ChatGPT): their names, when you connected them and when they were last used.
  • If you turn on notifications, the address your browser gives us for sending them to that device.
  • If you use the Vault, its contents are encrypted on your device with your passphrase before they reach us. We store them only in that encrypted form and cannot read them.

Your location, only for the weather

MNGMT can show the local weather. It asks your browser for your location only if you allow it, and you can say no or turn it off. Your device rounds the location to about 10 kilometers (6 miles) and keeps that on the device. To get the weather, MNGMT sends that rounded location to our server, which asks a weather service for the forecast. We do not save your location on our servers. Like any web request, it can appear briefly in our hosting provider’s request logs.

Your public page

If you turn on your public page, we keep what you put on it: for example your display name, picture, a short line about you, and the facts, links and offers you choose to publish. Drafts stay private until you publish them.

Messages people send through a public page

If you send a message to someone through their public page, we keep the name you give, your email if you give one, the kind of message and what you wrote. It is stored in that person’s account for them to read and answer. We also use it to limit how many messages one sender can send. If you later sign in to MNGMT with the same email, you can see your own past messages to MNGMT pages, and the replies you got, in your account.

When you open a public page

When you open someone’s public page, we count the visit for them: one number per day and per source, where the source comes from the link you followed (for example Instagram, or a QR code) or the site that sent you. A cookie remembers that you were counted today, so you are not counted twice. These counts are totals. They do not include who you are, your email or your IP address. Crawlers and link previews are not counted.

Technical information

Like most websites, our servers and our hosting provider receive technical information with every request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page asked for. We use IP addresses to limit abuse, for example how many sign-in attempts or waitlist claims can come from one address in an hour. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

3. Cookies and storage on your device

MNGMT uses a small number of its own cookies. There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no social media scripts. We use cookieless page-view and performance statistics provided by our host, Vercel: they set no cookies, do not track you across sites, and never include private links or what you type. Our pages load them from MNGMT’s own address and load nothing else from other companies’ servers.

  • yout_session: keeps you signed in. It lasts 90 days from when you sign in, and the session behind it ends sooner if you sign out, if it goes unused for 90 days, and after 365 days at most.
  • yout_wl: remembers which version of the waitlist page you were shown, so you see the same one each time and we can compare versions fairly. It lasts 365 days.
  • yout_ref: remembers the handle of the person whose invite link brought you to the waitlist, so they get the credit if you claim a name. It lasts 30 days.
  • yout_utm: remembers the campaign tags of the link you first arrived through, so we can tell which links bring people who claim a name. It lasts 30 days.
  • Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland don’t get these three cookies (yout_wl, yout_ref and yout_utm).
  • yout_ui: remembers your theme and display choice, so pages open in your colors. It lasts 365 days.
  • yout_pv: remembers that you opened a public page today, so its owner counts you once a day. It holds only the time of your visit, applies only to that page, and lasts 26 hours.
  • yout_pt_ followed by the page’s name: if you write to someone through their public page, this device remembers your conversation with them, so the page opens on it when you come back. It holds a private link to that one conversation (not your email address), is not readable by the page’s scripts, applies to that one page, and lasts 180 days. Someone who types your email address on another device is not shown your conversation: they are not given this cookie, and we email you a link instead, at most once a day. “Not you?” on the page, or deleting the cookie, makes this device forget the conversation.
  • A few other display cookies remember how you like MNGMT to look on this device, such as your calendar or list view, where you are in first-time setup, and what Today showed last. They hold only those choices, which can include the answers you gave during first-time setup, and last up to 365 days.

MNGMT also keeps a few things in your browser’s own storage: the rounded location for the weather and your choice about it, whether you dismissed the prompt to turn on notifications, what you told MNGMT while offline until it can be sent, and, on the waitlist, the name you just claimed and which visit counts were already sent in this tab.

All of these are needed for MNGMT to work or to remember your choices. You can delete them in your browser settings at any time; you will then be signed out and your display choices reset.

4. How we use your information

We use personal information only to run MNGMT and to keep it safe:

  • to reserve your handle, keep your place in line, and invite you when it is your turn;
  • to sign you in and keep your account secure;
  • to provide MNGMT: keeping track of what you tell it, answering you, reminding you, and doing what you ask, such as showing what you published on your public page or working with an AI app you connected;
  • to tailor MNGMT to you: the examples it shows and the suggestions it makes (at most one a day, and you can always say no) are chosen from what you tell it, including what you say you do;
  • to deliver messages people send through your public page;
  • to send you the emails MNGMT needs to send: sign-in codes, the confirmation when you claim a name, the code to confirm deleting your account, and notices about your account or these policies. While you are on the waitlist that also means one email before launch and one when your doors open. The one before launch has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out of those at any time by writing to privacy@mngmt.app;
  • to understand, in totals, how the waitlist is doing, such as which version of the page works better and which links bring people;
  • to understand, in totals, where people stop in their first steps in MNGMT. These are counts per day, with no name, email, handle or words in them;
  • to prevent abuse, fraud and spam, and to enforce our Terms;
  • to meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. We do not use what you tell MNGMT to profile you for anyone else.

Where the law asks us to name a legal basis (for example in the EU and the UK), we rely on providing the service you asked for, our legitimate interest in keeping MNGMT safe and understanding how it is used, your consent where we ask for it (such as for your location), and our legal obligations.

5. AI processing

MNGMT uses AI to understand what you tell it and to answer you. To do that, the relevant parts of what you tell MNGMT, and of what MNGMT already knows about you, are sent to AI model providers we use to process your requests. We send these requests through Vercel AI Gateway, which passes them to a model provider.

  • We set every request so that it may only go to providers that do not keep it after answering and do not use it to train their models.
  • Text that looks like a password, a security key or a card number is not sent to an AI model at all.
  • Photos: if you send MNGMT a photo, it is sent to an AI model provider, under the same no-keeping, no-training settings, to be read once. We do not store the photo itself anywhere: not in our database, our file storage or our logs. We keep only your words and a short written description of what the photo showed, so the change it led to can be seen and undone. If a photo looks like an ID, a card, a medical record or account details, MNGMT does not act on it and does not keep the description.
  • Notes MNGMT keeps: when you mention something lasting about yourself in passing, MNGMT may keep it as a note, and shows you what it kept, with Undo. Anything personal (health and medication, mental health, money details, religion, sexuality, politics, immigration or a criminal record) is only kept if you say yes, is kept private, and is never sent to an AI model on its own afterwards. Private matters of other people are not kept. You can turn this off in You, and forget any note on What MNGMT knows.
  • Looking things up on the web: when you ask something only the web knows, MNGMT sends a short search, made from your own words and never from your notes, your Vault or anything that looks like a password or a card number, to a search service reached through Vercel AI Gateway, under the same no-keeping, no-training settings. We keep the words of the search with the record of that request, so MNGMT can count searches and show you the sources it used, and we do not keep the pages themselves. A web page is only read as information: it cannot make MNGMT change anything or keep a note.
  • Your Vault is never sent to an AI model.
  • We do not use what you tell MNGMT to train AI models of our own.

The providers process your requests under their own terms and their agreements with us. AI can be wrong; see the Terms for what that means for you.

AI apps you connect

If you connect an AI app such as Claude or ChatGPT to MNGMT, that app can read from and make changes to your manager within what the connection allows. What the app does with the information is governed by its maker’s own privacy policy, not this one. You can disconnect an app at any time from MNGMT, and it stops reaching MNGMT right away.

6. Your public page

Public pages are opening soon. Yours is off until you turn it on. Visitors, and the AI agents of other people, can see only what you choose to publish there. The rest of your manager stays private.

Anything you publish can be seen and copied by anyone. If you remove it later, we cannot recall copies others already made.

Messages visitors send through your page are stored in your account for you. They become part of your data: you can read, answer, export and delete them, and they are deleted with your account.

Your page also keeps a count of how many people opened it each day and where they came from (for example Instagram or a QR code). The counts hold no names, addresses or devices. You see them on Your page and on Today, you can export them, and they are deleted with your account.

7. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the companies that help us run MNGMT, and only what each needs to do its job for us:

  • hosting and infrastructure, where MNGMT runs;
  • database hosting, where your data is stored;
  • email delivery (Resend), which sends the emails described above;
  • AI model providers, reached through Vercel AI Gateway, as described in AI processing;
  • a weather service (Open-Meteo), which receives only a rounded location from our server, never your name or email;
  • an error-monitoring service (Sentry), which receives technical details when something breaks, such as the error, the page and the browser, so we can fix it; we set it up not to receive your name, email, cookies or what you typed;
  • the push service of your browser or device maker, if you turn on notifications. Notification contents are encrypted for your device on the way.

These companies process personal information on our behalf and under our instructions.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to respond to a valid legal request, to protect the rights, safety or property of our users, the public or us, or as part of a merger, sale or reorganization of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

We never sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising across other companies’ sites and apps.

8. How long we keep it

  • Waitlist: we keep your reservation until you get access and create your account (it then becomes part of your account), until you release the name, or until you ask us to delete it. The invite and campaign records of a reservation are deleted with it.
  • Page visit and event counts are totals with no personal information, and we may keep them as long as they are useful.
  • Your account and everything in it: until you delete your account.
  • Photos you send MNGMT: not kept at all. They are read once and discarded when the request ends.
  • Notes MNGMT keeps from what you say: until you forget them or delete your account. A note that a newer one replaces stays in your history, so you can undo the change.
  • Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes. Sessions end when you sign out, after 90 days without use, or after a year at most.
  • Records used to limit abuse, keyed by IP address or by a scrambled form of your email, are deleted automatically about two days after they were last used, unless they are blocking an address at that moment.
  • Free trials: there is one free trial per person, so when a trial starts we keep a scrambled form of the card identifier our payment provider gives us (never the card number) and the date. It is not linked to your account, your email or your payments, and we keep it after you delete your account, so the same card cannot start a second free trial.
  • Backups: copies of the database kept to recover from failures may hold deleted data for a limited time before they are replaced.

When you delete your account, we delete your account and everything in it in one step: your content, settings, connections, sessions and handle. We keep only a minimal record that an account was deleted and when, with no email and no content, the scrambled card identifier of any free trial (see above), and information we are required to keep by law. If your email was on our invite list, it stays on that list so you can come back, unless you ask us to remove it.

9. Your rights and choices

  • Get a copy: you can export your MNGMT data from the app at any time, as a file you can keep. Your Vault has its own encrypted export. For a copy of anything else we hold about you, such as your account email or your waitlist details, write to privacy@mngmt.app.
  • Correct it: you can change what you told MNGMT, your settings and your public page directly in MNGMT.
  • Delete it: you can delete your account in MNGMT. We email you a code to confirm first.
  • Waitlist only: use “Not you? Release this name” in the email confirming your name, which deletes the reservation and your email with it, or email us at privacy@mngmt.app.
  • Location and notifications: you can turn either off at any time, in MNGMT or in your browser.
  • Connected apps: you can disconnect any of them at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have more rights, such as to access, correct, delete or move your personal information, to object to or limit how we use it, or to withdraw consent you gave. To use any of them, email us at privacy@mngmt.app. We may need to confirm it is you before we act. We respond within 30 days.

California

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to ask us to delete or correct it, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of.

The European Union and the United Kingdom

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the rights set out in the GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We would like the chance to help first, so please write to us.

10. Children

MNGMT is only for adults: you must be at least 18 to use it, as our Terms explain. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, including children under 13. If you believe someone under 18 has given us personal information, email us at privacy@mngmt.app and we will delete it.

11. Security

We protect your information with measures that fit what MNGMT holds. MNGMT is served only over encrypted connections. Sign-in codes and session keys are stored only in scrambled form. Each account’s data is kept apart from every other account’s. The Vault is encrypted on your device, so we cannot read it.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

12. Where your data is processed

MNGMT is run from the United States, and your information is stored and processed there and in other countries where our service providers work. Those countries may have different data protection laws from yours. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

13. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy as MNGMT changes, or when the law requires. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in MNGMT before it takes effect.

14. Contact
