Go to the sign-in page and enter your email. MNGMT sends you a six-digit code, and the same email has a link. There is no password.

Check your spam and promotions folders. A code works for 10 minutes. Ask for a new one on the sign-in page. After a few tries in a row, MNGMT asks you to wait a few minutes.

You need to be 18 or older. The Terms cover the rest.

Open You and tap Sign out everywhere. Every device that was signed in is signed out.

Yes. Open You, then Account, and tap Change next to Email. Enter the new address, and MNGMT sends a six-digit code to it. Enter the code and you sign in with the new address from then on. Your old address gets a note that it changed.

Open You, then Your public page. Add your name, pick what people can ask for, and publish at least one thing about you. Then tap Go live. Your page is at mngmt.app/yourhandle.

On Your public page, tap Go dark. Visitors see nothing at your link until you go live again. Nothing is deleted.

A page can be taken offline when it breaks the Terms, such as a scam, someone pretending to be another person, or harassment. Your page then shows a short reason. You can’t turn it back on yourself.

Yes, if the new name is free. Open You, then Your public page, and tap Change next to Handle. You can change it once every 30 days.

Your old link keeps working for 90 days: it takes people to your page under its new name, and nobody else can take the old name in that time.

You see what a visitor sends you. A message or request from your page reaches your Inbox, with the page questions and answers that came with it.

A question a visitor asks your manager and does not send on is not kept, so you do not see it. Your manager answers only from what you published. It says it is your manager, never you.

Yes. It opens full screen, like an app, and on an iPhone it’s the only way your manager can send you nudges.

On an iPhone or iPad, open mngmt.app in Safari, tap Share (on newer iPhones it’s under ••• by the address bar), then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome, tap ⋮, then Add to Home screen or Install app.

Open You on your phone and tap Add MNGMT to your Home Screen to see the steps for your phone.

Open You and tap Something’s off? Say what happened, and add a screenshot if you can. It goes to support with your handle, the page you were on and your browser. Replies go to your sign-in email.

We reply within 24 hours.

Tap Report at the bottom of any MNGMT page. Choose a reason, add details if you want, and say you are 18 or older. The report goes to MNGMT, not to the page’s owner. The owner isn’t told who reported it.

Report the page, or write to abuse@mngmt.app with the handle, what was said, roughly when, and why it is wrong. You don’t need an account to report.

Open You, then Your plan, then Manage plan. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep what you paid for until the end of the period.

Open You, then Privacy and security, then Export my data. It downloads everything in your account as one file. The Vault exports separately, still encrypted.

Open You, then Privacy and security, then Delete my account. MNGMT emails you a code, and entering it deletes your account, your handle and everything in it. It can’t be undone, so export first if you want a copy.
