- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes, online, in MNGMT (Your plan, then Manage plan). Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free.
- What happens after the trial?
- Try Pro or Max free for 7 days. It needs a card at the start. On day 7 we charge the plan you picked, monthly or yearly, unless you cancel first in Your plan. We email you 2 days before that charge. One free trial per person.
- What does the weekly allowance mean?
- Every plan has a weekly allowance of what MNGMT does for you. Free resets every Monday; Pro and Max reset each week from the day you subscribed. When you reach it, nothing stops: Pro and Max keep going on the everyday model, and Free keeps going on MNGMT’s simple rules, until it resets. Your public page and the requests people send never stop.
- What if a payment fails?
- Your account moves to Free right away. Nothing is deleted, and your page keeps working. Update your card in Your plan, and your plan comes back as soon as the payment goes through.
- How does renewal work?
- Pro and Max renew automatically, every month or every year depending on what you pick, until you cancel. We show you the price and ask you to agree before you buy, and we email you the same details after. Stripe emails you a notice before a yearly plan renews.
- Can I switch between Pro and Max?
- Yes, any time, in Your plan (Manage plan).
- Do prices include tax?
- Prices are in US dollars, plus any taxes that apply.
